According to APA, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio made the statement while presenting a report before the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
According to Rubio, the State Department’s activities over the past 16-17 months have been marked by both significant diplomatic achievements and complex international challenges.
Rubio noted that the long-standing confrontation between Azerbaijan and Armenia came to an end with the signing of the memorandum establishing the TRIPP project, which opens up new opportunities for both countries.
“This memorandum was signed by me and lays the foundation for a new path to prosperity that will create significant economic and transportation opportunities for Azerbaijan and Armenia,” Rubio emphasized.
