A meeting between Armenian and Spanish Prime Ministers Nikol Pashinyan and Pedro Sánchez took place within the framework of the European Political Community Summit in Yerevan.
The interlocutors discussed the prospects for developing bilateral relations, emphasizing the importance of activating political dialogue and expanding economic cooperation. The parties also touched upon the ongoing processes within the framework of the Armenia-European Union partnership and regional issues of mutual interest.
Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the process of reforms implemented by the Government of Armenia, emphasizing the steps taken to strengthen democracy, the rule of law and economic development.
The interlocutors considered cooperation in the economic, energy and tourism sectors to be promising.
During the meeting, the parties also emphasized the importance of efforts aimed at ensuring regional stability and peace, as well as maintaining continuous dialogue on international platforms.
