On April 13, the 224th session of the UNESCO Executive Board commenced, in which Armenia is also participating as an observer, Permanent Delegation of Armenia to UNESCO reports.
At the opening of the session, Aram Hakobyan, Permanent Delegate of Armenia to UNESCՕ delivered remarks emphasizing Armenia’s support for multilateral diplomacy.
He also highlighted the fundamental role of education in building and sustaining peace, and reaffirmed Armenia’s support for UNESCO’s actions in emergency situations.
