“We have a fairly dynamic, positive, and promising dialogue with Turkey. Even in the cultural sphere, discussions are now underway, and legal frameworks are being clarified, or we are trying to understand the mechanisms-for example, regarding the possibility of jointly restoring Ani or the historic bridge.
