Peace has been established on our borders, and a completely new situation has been created, Ilham Aliyev stated at the Munich Security Conference.
“After the establishment of peace, the corridor through the territory of Azerbaijan to Armenia and then to Europe has very great potential,” the President of Azerbaijan said.
He also thanked Georgia for creating transit opportunities between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“I thank our Georgian friends, as cargo is transported to Armenia through the territories of Azerbaijan and Georgia,” Aliyev said, also recalling the supply of petroleum products to Armenia.
Referring to TRIPP, Aliyev noted that mentioning the name of the President of the United States along the way creates guarantees for its implementation.
