At the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity ceremony held in Abu Dhabi, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received congratulatory video messages from a number of international partners.
In his message, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan praised the “courageous steps and decisive will” demonstrated by the Armenian Prime Minister and the Azerbaijani President in advancing lasting peace, expressing hope that the award would yield positive outcomes for all humanity.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also sent a congratulatory video message, extending his congratulations to Pashinyan and Aliyev on receiving the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity. Tokayev expressed gratitude to Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his continued commitment to promoting the values of human fraternity.
Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is a testament to genuine human brotherhood.
King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, in his message, underscored the importance of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agreement, calling it an honor to recognize the efforts and individuals who made the process possible.
Congratulatory video messages were also sent by Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, who praised the significance of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity and its mission.
