In a post on
X, Tsahkna said he spontaneously met his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Brussels.
“Brussels has a way of bringing people together. A spontaneous catch-up with my dear friend, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. If not sooner somewhere else, we’ll meet again when Estonia opens its embassy in Yerevan this year,” Tsahkna said, posting a photo with FM Mirzoyan, who is on a visit to Brussels.
FM Mirzoyan responded to the
post, saying: “Always a pleasure to see my dear friend Margus Tsahkna.
