Ruben Rubinyan, Vice-President of the National Assembly of Armenia and head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, has been elected Vice-President of PACE.
“I was elected PACE Vice-President with the quota allocated to Armenia,” Rubinyan announced on Facebook.
