The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has denied claims that Ukrainian forces were involved in a strike on a hotel in the Kherson region.
The General Staff’s spokesperson stated that Ukrainian military personnel carry out strikes exclusively against “the enemy’s military targets, fuel and energy infrastructure facilities, and other lawful targets, while adhering to the norms of international humanitarian law.”
According to Russia’s Investigative Committee, 27 people were killed as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack on a hotel and café in the village of Khorly in the Kherson region.
