On December 18, the Armenian National Assembly’s President Alen Simonyan met with the NATO Deputy Secretary General of Radmila Šekerinska, the country’s Parliament Press office reports. The issues regarding the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the regional developments and topics of mutual interest were at the core of the interlocutors’ discussions. Reference was made to the process of jointly implementing programmes.
Alen Simonyan also drew the attention of the NATO Deputy Secretary General to the problem of the captives, illegally held and considered missing persons in Azerbaijan.
