Citing its own sources, RBC-Ukraine reported that during the negotiations the U.S. and Ukraine succeeded in settling most of the contentious points in Washington’s plan to stop the war.
According to them, these provisions include the size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, the format of prisoner exchanges, and the return of convicted prisoners.
At the same time, according to RBC-Ukraine, the delegations agreed that the provisions concerning territories and enshrining in Ukraine’s Constitution the commitment not to join NATO will be discussed and coordinated at the level of Presidents Zelensky and Trump.
According to CBS, U.S. and Ukrainian officials are discussing arrangements for organizing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to the U.S. this week.
