There will be no World War III because of Ukraine, US President Donald Trump has declared.
“I came into this situation... I didn't start this war. This is a [former US President Joe] Biden deal, and I came into it and it was a mess. It could have led to World War III. In my opinion, this could have led to World War III. That won't happen,” he assured.
According to Trump, when he came to the White House for a second term, that war was already in full swing.
When he was in office, they didn’t even think about it. For four years, no one talked about it, and all of this happened because of very bad decisions that were made, he said.
The US president reported that more than 7,000 people were killed just last week in the war between Russia and Ukraine.
“We're not losing Americans. But they're losing Russians, Ukrainians, mostly soldiers for the most part soldiers,” Trump noted, added that they believe they will be able to stop it, and expressed a belief that it will happen very quickly because of his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
