Reuters. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has started his meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly on Wednesday (September 24).
The meeting began without introductory remarks for the press and continued behind closed doors.
