The United States believes that Iran must completely suspend its own nuclear program and dismantle all uranium enrichment facilities. This was stated by US Energy Secretary Chris Wright during his speech at the plenary session of the 69th regular session of the IAEA General Conference in Vienna.
“Iran’s lack of transparency towards the IAEA and its nuclear escalations are unacceptable. Iran’s nuclear program, including all uranium enrichment facilities, must be completely dismantled,” he said.
“Iran must fully cooperate with the IAEA in accordance with its obligations and provide inspectors with access to all sites of concern,” the Minister noted.
