On September 9, the Ambassador of Armenia to the United States Narek Mkrtchyan joined fellow newly appointed ambassadors at “Welcome to Washington” reception organized by the Meridian International Center.
Hosted at the historic Meridian House, the event provided a warm platform for envoys to engage with Washington’s diplomatic and policy leaders, as well as the business community.
