Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has congratulated his Estonian counterpart, Margus Tsahkna, on the country’s Independence Restoration Day.
“I congratulate my dear colleague & friend Margus Tsahkna on Independence Restoration Day of Estonia. We know well the thorny path to freedom. In these challenging times we cherish independence & democracy as well as like-minded partnerships aimed at strengthening those ideals,” Mirzoyan said in a post on X.
