Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan has held a meeting with the German Ambassador to Armenia Claudia Busch.
The Armenia-Germany bilateral cooperation agenda was discussed at the meeting, according to a readout published by Grigoryan’s office.
“Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan underscored the continuous deepening of relations with Germany, as a reliable partner for Armenia’s development, and highlighted Berlin’s role in the context of the growing partnership with the EU,” the Deputy PM’s office said.
The ambassador inquired about the joint declaration signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the outcomes of the August 8 meeting in Washington, D.C. In this context, the parties exchanged views around the opportunities for stronger interconnectivity for regional countries and beyond, especially EU countries, as a result of the unblocking of regional connections.
