Reuters. Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks with India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval at the Kremlin on Thursday (August 7), the Kremlin press service reported.
The Kremlin not disclose what was discussed at the meeting.
Russia and India stressed their commitment to a "strategic partnership" in bilateral security talks in Moscow on Thursday, a day after U.S. President Donald Trump announced higher tariffs on imports from India because of its purchases of Russian oil.
