Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan has congratulated his Chinese counterpart, Admiral Dong Jun on the 98th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army of China.
“I extend my warmest congratulations to You and the People’s Liberation Army of China on the 98th Anniversary of its Founding. I am confident that the spirit of partnership established between Armenia and China in the defence sphere will continue to serve the shared interests of our two countries,” Papikyan said in a post on X.
