Moscow is ready to contribute to the settlement of relations between Yerevan and Baku, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told Izvestia.
The main directions for moving toward this goal were outlined in the trilateral agreements between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia in 2020 and 2022, the diplomat emphasized.
"We believe that progress should be made in the following areas: preparing a peace treaty, unblocking economic ties and transport links in the region, delimiting borders with subsequent demarcation, and establishing dialogue between civil societies and parliaments in Armenia and Azerbaijan. And, of course, the Russian side, as one of the participants in the trilateral agreements, is ready to continue contributing to their implementation. Naturally, in a form that is convenient for both sides," Galuzin said.
