Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Anita Anand thanked Armenian authorities for facilitating Canadian efforts to assist its nationals during the Iranian-Israeli escalation.
“This morning, I spoke with my Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan to thank Armenia for enabling effective access for Canadian consular teams deployed to the Agarak border crossing. In turn, we were able to assist Canadians in the region recently. We also discussed and reaffirmed our commitment to democratic principles and human rights in the region,” Anand said on
