The Israeli Air Force struck Tehran’s nuclear research center and dozens of other military sites overnight, the Israel Defense Forces said.
According to the military, more than 60 fighter jets took part in the attack, and 120 rounds of ammunition were fired.
“The targets included military-industrial facilities that produce missile components and facilities that produce raw materials used to smelt rocket engines,” the statement said.
The strikes also targeted the headquarters of the Defense Innovation and Nuclear Research Organization, which develops advanced technologies and weapons for the Iranian Government.
