South Caucasian Railway launched the summer season Yerevan-Batumi international passenger train service on June 14.
The service will be available until October. During that period the train operator said the Yerevan-Tbilisi-Yerevan route will be suspended, while passengers can still reach Tbilisi since the Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan train passes through the Georgian capital.
The train will depart Yerevan on alternate days.
The operator reminded that it also launched the Yerevan-Sevan-Shorja-Yerevan intercity service on June 13.
