Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan, who serves as the head of the Armenian delegation to PACE, and members of the delegation have met in Yerevan with Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset.
In the context of regional developments, the ongoing process around the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agreement was discussed, the parliament’s press service said in a readout.
“The issue of the captives, unlawfully held persons and missing persons in Azerbaijan has been raised and the Council of Europe’s support in this matter was highlighted,” it said.
