Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan has met with Nokia Senior Vice President for Europe Rolf Werner and Vice President for Mobile Networks Europe, Managing Director Peter Wukowits.
Galaxy Group of Companies co-founders Artyom Khachatryan and Aram Khachatryan, as well as Ucom CEO Ralph Yirikian also attended the meeting, Grigoryan’s office said in a press release.
Grigoryan was briefed on the Nokia-Ucom upcoming cooperation in telecommunications, namely the current and future projects in introducing 5G network infrastructures.
Deputy PM Grigoryan attached importance to the activities of Nokia in Armenia, highlighting the esteemed corporation’s role in economic development and innovations. The sides also discussed the digitization process and the significant potential for economic development of Armenia.
