The Russian delegation has confirmed that talks with Ukraine in Istanbul will begin at 2:00 p.m. Yerevan time.
TASS reported that the delegation, led by Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, has already left the Istanbul hotel. The talks with the Ukrainian side are scheduled to take place at the Ciragan Palace.
