At a briefing with journalists, Security Council Secretary of Armenia Armen Grigoryan referred to the information circulating in the press that Armenia and Azerbaijan have transferred information to each other regarding the ceasefire violations.
"Armenia has requested to provide data through diplomatic channels on the violations that Azerbaijan declares, Armenia has investigated them and transferred all incidents to Azerbaijan. Also, Armenia has transferred data to Azerbaijan on the violations declared by Armenia that Azerbaijan committed and expects detailed data on them. Azerbaijan has transferred information on the violations they allegedly committed, we have investigated, and it turned out that there were no violations in general," he said.
The journalists asked the Security Council Secretary whether a bilateral meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected or not, and also inquired about the likelihood of a hybrid war, which has been rumored recently.
"I don't think hybrid warfare is something that has been talked about only recently, it has been talked about since 2018. I think the press service will talk about a bilateral meeting, whether it's the Prime Minister's or the Kremlin's."
Armen Grigoryan also spoke about the current stage of negotiations with Azerbaijan and whether mediators are necessary. He noted that the negotiations are mainly bilateral, the text of the Agreement has been agreed upon, in the final, intensive stage, when the text was being agreed upon, the negotiations were bilateral.
The Security Council Secretary reported that there is still no clear response to Yerevan's written proposals regarding the lifting of the blockade.
"The negotiations with Baku are about signing. The text has been agreed upon, we need to negotiate the place and time of signing, the main negotiations are about this."
