Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias issued a statement on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
“With deep respect, we commemorate the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Armenian Genocide. With the people of Armenia , the Greek people share experiences of persecution and genocide. The recognition of historical truth is a duty of humanity”, Dendias said in a post on X.
