Baku supports dialogue and the discussion of existing issues, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated during a joint press conference with his Slovenian counterpart.
He added that his meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Antalya was quite useful.
“It was important as it was the first meeting after the agreement on the text of the peace treaty,” he emphasized.
Bayramov reiterated that “the Minsk Group must be dissolved before the agreement can be signed”. He once again accused Armenia of allegedly having territorial claims against Azerbaijan.
“Such meetings provide an opportunity to examine the positions, arguments, and reasoning of both sides in more detail,” the Azerbaijani diplomat noted.
According to him, during his meeting with the Slovenian minister, they also discussed the Armenia-Azerbaijan border delimitation process.
