Within the framework of the "Raisina Dialogue 2025" conference, Davit Karapetyan, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, handed over the certificate of the appointment to Kiran Malla, the newly appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia to Nepal.
