The US Embassy to Armenia welcomed the signing of an agreement between Lydian and Armenia to resume a large-scale mining project at Amulsar.
"Great news! The U.S. Embassy welcomes the agreement between Lydian and Armenia to restart a large-scale Amulsar mining project in Armenia, with an investment of millions USD into the economy, that will create jobs and prosperity for the United States and Armenia. Armenia is open for U.S. businesses, and the U.S. Embassy is proud to support as we work toward a more prosperous future together," the US Embassy statement reads.
