In a briefing with journalists, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the question of how likely it is for a new war to break out in the region.
“My assessment is that there is no reason, no prerequisite, no justification for war or escalation in the region. My assessment is unequivocal: there is no basis or justification for it,” he said.
