Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at a joint press conference after talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan that the parties discussed the prospects for deepening cooperation in the South Caucasus.
“We paid special attention to strengthening trust between the parties, restoring infrastructure and transport communications, as well as joint activities within the framework of the '3+3' cooperation platform in the South Caucasus,” the Russian Foreign Minister highlighted.
Lavrov stated that the meeting with Fidan was generally very useful.
