The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister met with the OSCE Secretary General in Munich.
According to the Azerbaijani side, Jeyhun Bayramov stressed the need to liquidate the structures related to the Minsk process. According to him, "They are remnants of the past."
The Armenia-Azerbaijan settlement was touched upon. Bayramov once again stated that the Armenian constitution allegedly contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan. He also complained that Armenia cooperates with different countries in the defense sector.
