Moscow is ready to hold talks on Ukraine conflict settlement, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
“As for negotiations, we have always said that we are ready for them,” Putin said.
According to him, Volodymyr Zelensky’s decision to ban dialogue with Russia makes possible negotiations illegal. Putin noted that the West should force the Ukrainian President to lift the ban.
