Kirants school is functioning today. It's Monday and the kids have gone to school. That is the result. Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly, said this during the parliamentary briefings.
"The children went to class because our compatriots from Kirants are sure that they are more protected than before the border delimitation," Kocharyan said and noted that the wall built in Kirants solves a psychological problem, but from a security point of view, the problem is actually solved by the Armed Forces and border guard troops.
