Azerbaijan has always been ready for negotiations with Armenia in Russia and on other platforms. Aykhan Hajizada, press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, informed TASS about this, commenting on Moscow's readiness to organize a meeting between the parties.
Official Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said in a briefing held on July 24 that the Russian side is ready to provide a platform for meetings between the representatives of Baku and Yerevan and to create the most comfortable conditions for this purpose.
