Through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), 17 people were transferred from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia today through the Lachin Corridor.
Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs of the committee's Armenian office, told ‘Lurer’ that they will be reunited with their families.
