In order for the constructive aspiration towards creation to prevail in the South Caucasus, Russia is promoting the regional "3+3" format, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced in an interview with TV journalist Dmitry Kiselyov.
He reminded that the format includes three South Caucasus countries - Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan - and their three big neighbors - Russia, Iran, and Turkey.
"First contact has taken place. We will continue this", added the Russian Foreign Minister.
