President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the National holiday.
The message says:
