The Russian President congratulated Vahagn Khachaturyan on being elected as the Armenian President.
Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that in this high position, the activities of Khachaturyan will contribute to the further development of the Russian-Armenian allied relations and the advancement of mutually beneficial Eurasian integration processes for the benefit of our brotherly people, strengthening the regional security and stability.
