The negotiations of Russia with the USA and NATO failed, the sides have disagreements in principle issues. Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian President reported.
“The negotiations were initiated to have specific answers on principle issues and there were disagreements”, Peskov mentioned, adding that although there were positive circumstances in the discussions, they were not the main goal of the negotiations.
According to Peskov, the negotiations will continue if a result is registered in principle issues. He mentioned that it is possible that some written formulations on the negotiations will be published in upcoming days.
