The Former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Artsakh hero Jalal Harutyunyan has been discharged from hospital.
Gevorg Altunyan, the head of the information and public relations department of the RA Ministry of Defense, said this in a conversation with 1lurer.am.
Altunyan also informed that Jalal Harutyunyan is in a normal condition and he still has to continue his outpatient treatment.
