The Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin suggested establishing joint operative investigation units in CIS territory. The Investigative Committees of Armenia, Russia and Belarus have convened a three-party session of colleges. In the beginning, bilateral memorandums of understanding were signed in the format Armenia-Russia and Armenia-Belarus. The presidents of colleges have stressed that the signing of memorandums will give the opportunity to extend the partnership in order to have experience exchange in issues representing mutual interest.
