The metropolite of the Diocese of Artsakh Archbishop Pargev blessed the President of the transitional period.
Today the inauguration ceremony of the transitional phase president Bako Sahakyan, elected on July 19 by the Parliament, was held in the special session of Artsakh’s National Assembly. At the presence of 31 PMs, members of the safety council and the government, political, public and Artsakh movement figures, Bako Sahakyan, putting his head on the Constitution and a 17th century Bible, took an oath to follow the mother law unconditionally, to guarantee the sovereignty of the state, the safety of the people and the territorial integrity.
