Yesterday evening a car accident killed Arpine Manukyan (23) and Nelsik Ghazaryan (33) on Vazgen Sargsyan Street in the center of Gyumri. The husband died on site, the wife was hospitalized, but the doctors were not able to save her life. Criminal proceedings have been initiated. The driver has been arrested.
