The International Research Institute of Shanghai and Public Administration Academy of Armenia have signed a memorandum.
The country with the leading economy in the world intends to open a branch of the economic support foundation in Armenia. Negotiations with China are still ongoing. In addition to revealing the secret of high economic index, China will also make the innovations of their educational system available for Armenian students. The International Research Institute of Shanghai and Public Administration Academy of Armenia have signed a memorandum.
