Prior to proceeding with agenda issues, President of NA announced about accepting resignation applications on behalf of three deputies from Tsarukyan alliance. The government has submitted to parliament projects, which should undergo changes according to constitution requirements. Ara Babloyan stated 90 minutes should be defined for the discussion of each of the projects, however opposition deputies claimed, apart from technical changes, there are more important projects that should be discussed, among them legislative packages on government structure and on Special Investigation Service and Investigation Committee. Nikol Pashinyan suggested discussing those projects in a regular manner, however, Vice President Arpine Hovhannisyan opposed to this suggestion.
