A secret ballot at first Parliament session will decide Parliament President, Vice Presidents and Chairmen of standing committees. Currently the deputies are following the speeches by candidates for NA president. Unlike the previous parliament, this time NA will have one Vice President more, and for the first time in its practice, one of them will be representative of an opposition fraction. The government will put down its powers, following which, within a period of 10 days, RA President will appoint new Prime Minister.
