Artsakh president’s speaker Davit Babayan told Tert.am, that Azerbaijani destructive behavior is not exercised along the line of contact, but also in the political field, which resulted in closure of OSCE office in Yerevan. “Azerbaijani terrorism is not only exercised against Armenia and Artsakh, but also against the international community, OSCE Minsk Group in particular”, said Davit Babayan, adding that Artsakh has an active defense strategy.
